Eligibility criteria

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer /Service Provider in contracting as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor in any government/semi government/autonomous organization shall be 5 years. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service (Cleaning Service) of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed in any government/semi government/ autonomous organization over a period of five (5) years each with a value of at least Tk 15 (fifteen) lakh shall be required. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk.14 lakh over the last three years. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 5 (five) lakh.
