Eligibility criteria

a) Up to date Valid Trade License. b) Up to date Tax paid document and TIN Certificate. c) VAT Registration Certificate. d) Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate. e) Tenderer NID (Photocopy). f) Warranty Certificate. g) The bidder must have 04 (Four) Optical Mark Reader (OMR) Machines and the minimum speed of each machine is 7000 (Seven Thousand) OMR Sheet reading per hour (Relevant document must be submitted). h) The bidder must have minimum of 08 (Eight) manpower and each must have 03 (Three) years experience (Relevant document must be submitted). i) The Bidder must have experience of Maintenance/Servicing of OMR Machine to provide uninterrupted service of Pre-scanning of OMR form. Bidder provide 2/3 satisfactory experience certificate for maintenance of OMR machine from any Government/Semi-government Organization. j) The bidder must have membership of any government-registered organization of relevent field. (Relevant document must be submitted).
