As Per Tender Data Sheet (TDS) 1. Updated copy of valid Trade License. 2. Income Tax clearance certificate and E-tin certificate. 3. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate according to PG3-8 Form. 4. The tender must submit a Bank statement for the last one year. 5. A certificate of ownership of the company. 6. Citizenship certificate and NID copy. 7. Similar work experience at least 3 years and overal work at least 5 years. 8. Must submit a certificate stating that you are not blacklisted.
