All tenderers having valid trade licenses, VAT registration certificates, income tax payment certificates (with TIN), other required documents as per TDS and the following documents may submit tenders. 1. Mandatory Site Visit: The Tenderer must inspect the site at their own cost before bidding. They must submit a signed Site Visit Report and Confirmation Letter proving they fully understand the site layout, technical specifications, and equipment dimensions. 2. Valid ABC License: The Tenderer must submit a valid, up-to-date ABC Electrical License Certificate issued by the Office of the Chief Electric Inspector (OCEI). 3. DIFE Competent Person: The Tenderer must submit a valid, up-to-date DIFE Competent Person Certificate issued by the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE).
