Eligibility criteria

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below: 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer shall be 5 (Five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 1 (One) number contract(s) of Civil, sanitary & Electrical works in building successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 20.00 (Twenty) Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years.
