Attested Update 2026-27 financial year Related Trade License with Payment Slip. Attested NID & Citizenship Certificate of Tenderer or authorized repetitive. Attested Update Chamber of Commerce Certificate with Payment slip. Attested Updated Drug License Certificate Valid at least 30 June 2027. Attested specimen signature and photo of the tenderer must be submitted.As per PPA 2025 , rule 2 must mentioned "supplier" in Trade license , VAT and others documents In time supply assurance certificate. Quality certificate DGDA/BSTI for schedule items. Warranty certificate as per TDS instruction on the company letter head pad. Company profile including permanent and local address of the tender document signing authority. Affidavit of Proprietor’s Ownership or certificate of incorporation must submit incase of company. Attested specimen signature and photo of the tenderer must be submitted.
