Eligibility criteria

The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the followings: a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Supplier shall be 03 (three). b) The minimum specific experience in supply of Food/Goods of at least 01 (One) similar nature of contract (Framework Contract) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 4.80 lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies only. The work completion certificate is to be issued by an officer of 6th grade of concerned Department/Organization. c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line (s) of the Tederer shall be Tk. 6.80 lac. d. Valid Trade License, Income Tex Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration number/Business Indentification Number (BIN) have to be submited along with Tender Documents. e.
