Eligibility criteria

a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (three) years of overall experience in the supply of Goods as Supplier; b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of at least 2 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 18 (Eighteen) Lac; The Tenderer shall provide certificate of satisfactory completion from the end-user; c) The Tenderer shall submit updated Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) along with Latest Income Tax Return Certificate or, Acknowledgement Slip of Income Tax Return Submission and VAT registration certificate; d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 28,00,000.00 (Twenty Eight Lac Taka only).
