Eligibility criteria

The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents: 1.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods such as Maxfloc-T/ food-grade polymar/ similar goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 3 ( three )years, with a value of at least Tk. 13 ( thirteen ) Lac. 2. The supplier should submit the manufacturer's ISO 9001 certificate, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certificate (without any exclusions) or the latest versions of these certificates. 3. Manufacturers CE certificate (EC Declaration of conformity and compliance with relative EC directive) need to submit where applicable. 4. The supplier is required to submit an authorization letter from the manufacturer or local authorized distributor. 5.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk [ 20 lac]
