Eligibility criteria

The Tenderer shall have 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in electro-mechanical works shall be 03 (Three) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Newspaper). 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in supply of Chiller based air conditioning system works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract of completion of successfully completed within last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 250 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lakh only. a. specific experience, of the entity(s) participating in the Tender, works under public sector of similar nature and size as stated, substantiated by Completion Certificate (s) issued by the relevant Procuring Entity(s); 3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. 250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty) Lakh within the best 5 (five) years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. 4.…
