1. Up to date Trade Licence 2. Up to date Income Tax Certificate 3. VAT Registration Certificate 4. Up to date Bank Solvency Certificate mentioning the requisite amount of Liquid Asset 5. Brand, Type, Model & Country of Origin (in case of applicability) must be mentioned for all the items in the offer. 6. Samples for each item must be submitted to the Purchase Section within 03 (Three) working days from the date of Tender Opening. 7. The successful bidder must submit at least 01 (One) Year’s Warranty Certificate for all the items in the offer. 8. Successful bidder has to supply full quantities included in the Lot. Otherwise, full Performance Security will be forfeited. 9. Partial delivery and Partial Payment are not allowed. 10. Delivery Period : 60 (Sixty) Days from the date of issuance of Purchase Order.
