1. Tenderer must be Transport Contractors/Truck Owners. 2. Tenderer shall have i) Valid & updated trade license as a Transport Contractor. ii) Valid & updated income tax & TIN certificate iii) Valid VAT/BIN registration certificate 3. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 02 (Two) years general experience of transportation to carry the same/similar Goods and Related Service . 4. The tenderer shall have specific transportation experience of satisfactory completion to carry Same/Similar Goods and Related Service of minimum Tk.10.00 Lac under single contract within last 02 (Two) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP System) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. 5.
