Eligibility criteria

1.General experience in supplying goods for the last 02 (two) years. 2.Successful completion of at least one similar supply contract/work order of minimum Tk. 75,00,000.00 under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous or eligible organization within the last 05 (five) years. 3.Minimum financial resources/liquid assets of Tk. 96,00,000.00 as specified in the TDS. 4.Valid Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, relevant experience documents and other documents specified in the TDS shall be submitted. 5.Sample of Soyabean Oil must be submitted along with the Tender. 6.Manufacturer's/authorized supplier's authorization for Soyabean Oil shall be submitted where applicable. 7.Other terms and conditions will be as specified in the Tender Document/TDS and e-GP System
