Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant : a) The Tenderer have to submit all legal documents such as Valid Trade License, up to date Income Tax & IRC Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Audit report. (b) The Tenderer may have experience in supplying Similar Goods in Public/Private Universities. (c) To submit the Financial Solvency Certificate (issued after publishing date of this Tender) with mentioning amount from a scheduled Bank as per TDS. (d) Authorization certificate (mentioned with phone & email of Author) issued by the Manufacturer or Manufacturer's authorized distributor (with name of distributorship) . (e) Tenderer must fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the TDS and other conditions of Tender Document (GCC &PCC).
