A bonafide printing press (within the country) must have an in-house four-color web offset printing machine capable of Printing OMR forms with Litho Code, QR Code, and Bar Code & Printing on continuous computer continuous paper. Additionally, the processes of Litho coding, QR coding, Bar coding, serial numbering, perforation, and cutting must be integrated in the same line of production without manual intervention or outsourcing.
