The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall beThree (03) years. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least single number contract of Similar nature successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. Twelve Lac (12,00,000) only. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk. Ninety Five Lac (95,00,000) over the best one (01) years in the last five (05) financial years.
