Eligibility criteria

1. Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law. 2. Tenderer must have valid and up to date Trade licences, VAT & Up to date Income Tax Certificate. 3. Tenderer should have Bank Solvency certificate as proof of liquid asset or Credit line facilities as per tender document. 4. Tenderer should have specific experience of supplying manpower as per mentioned in ITT 11.1(b) 5. Tenderer’s others requirements are specified in Tender Document, TDS & PCC. 6. Tenderers must obey the outsourcing service procurement policy-2025. 7. License/Registration from the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment.
