Eligibility criteria

a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience of tendering against civil construction works as contractor. b) The minimum specific experience of al least 1(one) contract of repair & maintenance of building or building construction work successfully completed within last 5 years under Government/Semi Government/Autonomous organizations with a value of at least Tk. 17 (Seventeen) Lakhs. c) The required average annual construction turnover is minimum Tk. 50 (Fifty) lakhs over last 5 (Five) years or best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years. d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit limits/line of the tenderer shall be Tk. 13 (Thirteen) lakh. e) The tenderer must submit: i) Income tax clearance certificate of the Assessment Year 2025-2026 or Up-to-date Income Tax Acknowledgement Slip. ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date trade license. iv) Specific experience certificate. v) Updated ABC electrical license (o…
