Eligibility criteria

The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. i) A satisfactory completion of a similar nature of work (Gas suppression system for fire fighting) of at least Tk 30.00 Lakh under 01 contract within 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. ii) The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 40.00 Lakh during the last 5 years preceding the date of invitation of the tender. Only payment certificated will be counted for turnover calculation. No completion certificate will be treated as payment certificate. The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 5 years. iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 9.00 lakh in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit ((Form PW2A-8) without alteration.
