Eligibility criteria

1. As per the terms and conditions of the schedule, the bidder must have completed at least 50% of the total value of similar nature Stationery materials supply work in a single contract. 2. Attested copy of the VAT registration certificate, TIN/Income Tax certificate & Trade License must be submitted. 3. The Stationery materials must be produced/purchased within Bangladesh Relevant supporting documents (purchase evidence if procured) must be submitted. 4. For verification purposes, the name and mobile number of the responsible officer/authorized person of the institution must be mentioned in the tender documents. 5. Warranty certificate (if applicable) must be submitted by the supplier. 6. The bidder must submit an Authorization Letter nominating an authorized person to represent the firm and conduct the tender process on behalf of the organization. 7.
