Tenderer must have latest documents related to 1. Updated and Valid Trade license; 2. Value Added Tax (VAT)/BIN Registration Certificate; 3. TIN Certificate, Updated Tax Payer Certificate and Acknowledgement receipt; 4. General experience of Supply (According to TDS); 5. Relevant/Similar & Specific Experience of Supply (According to TDS), 6. Sufficient Liquid Assets/Financial Solvency Certificate/Credit Line facilities (use BPPA prescribed format) and 7. Original Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agencyship/Distributorship Certificate 8. Tenderer will have to submit a sample of all items According to offered Brand, Make, Model, Country of Origin and Specification which are mentioned in the Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specification part by Tenderer within 07 (Seven) days of Tender Opening.
