Eligibility criteria

1. The tenderer must submit up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate. 2. Affidavit of tenderer and ownership certificate. 3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 10.00 lakh in the form e-PG2-7 (other formats/documents will not be accepted). 4. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of of at least 1 (one) similar contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakh. 5. Samples of high quality domestic soybean oil in a 1 liter bottle (BSTI approved, enriched with Vitamin A) should be submitted to the office of the Assistant Director, Fire Service and Civil Defense, Dinajpur before the scheduled time of opening of the EGP tender. 6.
