Eligibility criteria

1. The Tenderer must be the manufacturer or the sole authorized distributor of a foreign manufacturer for the key components (Smart card based Tele Pre-paid meter). An authorization letter from a dealer, trader, trading house, or intermediary will not be accepted. 2. In the case of a local manufacturer, a valid Industrial License and an Environmental Clearance Certificate from the Department of Environment (DoE) must be submitted. Local manufacture shall have a minimum of 2 years specific experience for production of Smart Card Based Pre-paid meter. 3. The Tenderer must have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services. 4. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Smart Card Based tele Pre paid meter with necessary accessories of minimum Tk 50 (Fifty) Lakh under a single contract in the last 03(three) years at any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization. 5.
