Valid Trade License Updated documentary evidence of Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Proof of Tax Return for Tax Assesment Year 2024-2025 (Financical Year 2025-2026) Value Added Tax (VAT) as a proof of taxation obligations The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 6 years. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Goods of three (3) contracts successfully completed within the last 6 years, each with a value of at least Tk.18,00,000 (Eighteen lac only). The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 72,00,000.00 (seventy two lac).
