Eligibility criteria

The works under this package are small-scale and localized in nature, involving installation of Deep Tube Wells with Submersible Pumps at different locations within Nilphamari District. Accordingly, for ensuring effective mobilization, timely execution, local logistical support, and prompt operation and maintenance/service response, the Tenderer shall be a valid DPHE-enlisted contractor under Nilphamari District. The Tenderer shall submit/upload a valid DPHE Enlistment Certificate (Contractor’s Licence/Enlistment Paper) issued by the competent authority as documentary evidence of eligibility. This particular eligibility requirement shall remain open for discussion during the Pre-Tender Meeting.
