Eligibility as per the tender document, among others: ITT/TDS Cl 5; GCC/PCC Cl. 9; DP ITT Amendments and DPP Forms This project is part of the CCAUDP Phase II, aimed at enhancing urban resilience in Khulna through critical infrastructure improvements. In total 9 projects as NCB using eGP Form and 1 project as ICB using KFW SBD with a total volume of 30 Million EUR will be tendered. The key focus areas of these projects include stormwater management, riverbank erosion protection, the rehabilitation of communal green/blue spaces, and the strengthening of public infrastructure to mitigate the impacts of climate change. The tender shall be considered non-responsive and the Tenderer shall be excluded if any of the documents listed in Section 2 TDS, Cl 23.1 (m) are not submitted, or if they are submitted incompletely.
