Eligibility criteria

(i) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years. (ii) The minimum specific experience as a Supplier in supply of Regulator/Slam Shut-off Valve/Relief Valve/Pressure Control Valve (PCV)/Emergency Shut down (ESD) Valve of 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years to other than manufacturer's own country. The value of such completed contract(s) shall be at least USD 2,00,000.00 (USD Two Lakh) or equivalent currency, which may be demonstrated through maximum of two contracts. (exchange rate will be considered as per Bangladesh Bank on date of Opening the tender). (iii) The valid ISO 9001:2015 certificate (regarding manufacturing of Regulator, Slam Shut-off Valve & Relief Valve) in favour of the manufacturer.
