Eligibility criteria

a.The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (Ten) years. b.The minimum Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Building Construction Work of at least 1(one) number contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1400.00 (One Thousand Four Hundred) Lakh. c.The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be Tk. 2500.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred) Lakh. over the last 05 (Five) years. d.The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 500.00 Lakh (Five Hundred).
