Smart Bidder LTM AutoFill is a Chrome extension developed by Bidorix.com to help users of the Bangladesh e-GP System select supported “Yes” options on LTM bidder pricing pages.
No personal or tender data collected.
The extension does not transmit bid prices, credentials, documents, browsing history, analytics, or usage statistics.
Automation remains in your browser.
Supported dropdown changes and e-GP price calculations occur locally after the user starts the action.
Private by design
No tender information leaves the browser. The extension has no analytics, advertising, telemetry, or remote-code dependency.
01 Overview
Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what Smart Bidder LTM AutoFill does and does not collect when used on supported Bangladesh e-GP LTM bidder pricing pages.
02 Information We Collect
Smart Bidder LTM AutoFill does not collect personal information or tender data. It does not collect, store, transmit, or share:
- Personal information, usernames, or passwords
- Tender information, bid prices, or financial information
- Documents, browsing history, or cookies
- Analytics data, usage statistics, or device identifiers
- Location information
03 Local Storage
The extension may use Chrome local storage for a small amount of configuration data, including theme preference, popup behavior, floating-button position, highlighting, and other interface preferences.
These preferences remain on the user's device and are not transmitted to Bidorix.com or any third party. Users can remove them by clearing extension data or uninstalling the extension.
04 How the Extension Works
The extension recognizes the supported LTM pricing page and identifies eligible dropdowns. It changes those dropdowns to “Yes” only after the user clicks the extension action. The Bangladesh e-GP System then performs its own built-in price calculations.
The extension does not perform financial calculations, submit tenders, click Save, sign or encrypt forms, upload documents, or modify tender content beyond the requested supported dropdown selections.
05 Data Sharing
No user information is sold, shared, rented, licensed, or transferred to any third party.
06 Remote Code
The extension does not download or execute remote code. All executable scripts required by the extension are packaged with the installed extension.
07 Analytics and Tracking
The extension does not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, advertising, tracking pixels, or user-tracking technology.
08 Third-Party Services
The extension does not communicate with external servers for data processing. It operates locally within the browser on supported Bangladesh e-GP pages. The Bangladesh e-GP System remains a separate service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
09 Security
All extension processing is performed locally on the user's device. No tender information is transmitted outside the browser by the extension. Users should still protect their e-GP credentials and review every calculated value before saving or submitting a tender.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the extension, Chrome Web Store requirements, or applicable practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
