1. Tenderer must mention Brand name, Model/Type No., Country of origin & Country of Manufacture. 2. Tenderer must submit up to date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, TIN & Bank Solvency Certificate. 3. Tenderer is liable to supply materials & equipment’s for successully operation as necessery that not mention in the tender. 4. Tenderer will be responsible for supply & Testing of the system with necessary materials, Tools, consumables etc 5.Tenderer may visit at their own cost and without any obligation to Triple super phosphate complex, North Patenga, Chattogram. 6.Tenderer is responsible for commissioning/testing the supplied panels for 72 (Seventy two) hours on full load running condition of the plant. 7.
