1. Up to date trade license, TIN Certificate, Vat, Reg. Certificate, Bank solvency Certificate. 2. Price quotation should contain unit price of Instrument Spare (6 Item) 3. Technical offer: Brand, Model Number with Suffix, Name of the Manufacturer, Manufacturing Country, Port of Shipment & Detail Technical Specification of offered item must be mentioned in letter head pad with the technical offer. 4. Catalogue: All documents, Catalogue must be submitted by the bidder with the technical offer in English Language. 5. Certificate: Manufacturer’s Test Certificate, Bill of Lading and Manual book (Installation, Operation & Maintenance) must be submitted along with supply of the goods. 6. Testing: Bidder must be responsible for testing of supplied items in the inside of TSPCL. 7. Detailed as per TDS.
