Eligibility criteria

The Tenderer must possess valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and DIFE License (or proof of application). For fumigation services, a valid Commercial Pest Control/Fumigation License issued by the competent authority is required. The Tenderer must have at least two years’ public-sector experience, specific experience of successfully completing at least one similar contract worth not less than BDT 45 lakh within the last three years, average annual turnover of BDT 50 lakh, and liquid assets/working capital of BDT 50 lakh. Joint Ventures are not permitted.
