Eligibility criteria

The Tenderer shall possess valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and DIFE License (or proof of application). The Tenderer must have a minimum of two years’ public-sector experience and successfully completed at least one similar contract valued at not less than BDT 95 lakh within the last three years. The Tenderer must also demonstrate an average annual turnover of BDT 1 crore and liquid assets, working capital or credit facilities of at least BDT 1 crore. Joint Ventures are not permitted.
