1. The Tenderer should have currently Affidavit, NID, Authorization Letter, Valid Trade License, Up-to-date VAT Registration & TIN certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Audit Report etc. 2) Joint Venture (JV) are not allowed. 3) General Experience, Specific Experience, Annual construction turnover and Liquid assets/credit facilities : As per TDS 4) Work order/Notification of award of the Completed works. 5) The completion certificate and payment certificate under a government, semi-government or autonomous organization in Bangladesh are official documents generally issued by an officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer of the relevant procuring entity. 6) Curriculum Vitae (CV) of each of the personnel Indicated in Clause 15.1. 7) Other required details,eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in the TDS.
