Eligibility criteria

1. The Tenderer should have Company Affidavit, NID, Letter of Authorization, Up-to-date Valid Trade License, Up-to-date VAT & TIN Certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Audit Report etc.etc. 2. The minimum specific experience (must be Auditorium related works like as Acoustic,Staging & Gallery) as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least one contract(s) of similar nature(related work) with a value of at least Tk. 1,95,00,000.00 (One Crore Ninety-Five Lakh Taka) . Last 05 (Five) years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 4,00,00,000.00 (Four Crore Taka) over best 3 years in the last five (5) years.
