Eligibility criteria

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature including civil construction, finishing, sanitary, Electrical and other related necessary works successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least TK. 17,00,000/- (Seventeen Lakh) 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK.16,00,000/- (Sixteen Lakh) over the last 05 (Five) financial years or best 05 (Five) years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. 4.
