Eligibility criteria

1.Tenderer shall have general experience in supplying goods of last 01 years with good reputation (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system) 2. Up-to date Trade License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate . 3. Renewed Agriculture Marketing License. 4. Edible Soyabean Oil should be supplied in quantities of 0.500 liters,1 liters,2 liters and 5 liters as per the demand of the authorities. 5. As per the general and special terms and conditions of the contract Soyabean Oil Approved BSTI. 6. Income tax and vat will be cut as per the rules and regulations of the government.Bill will be paid after the allocation from the government. 7. If for any reason the market price increases,the contractor will be obliged to supply the goods at the price paid by him.Otherwise,legal action will be taken against the concerned contractor including forfeiture of the tender security/performance security money. 8.
