Up-to date Trade License, up-to date Income Tax Clearance and up-to date VAT Registration Certificate . 3. Renewed Agriculture Marketing License. 4. Transport of rice and wheat with coolies From Lalmonirhat. Government Food Warehouse to Police Ration Store Lalmonirhat.. 5. Transport of sugar with coolies From Thakurgaon Sugar Mills Ltd,Thakurgaon to Police Ration Store Lalmonirhat. 6. Income tax and vat will be cut as per the rules and regulations of the government.Bill will be paid after the allocation from the government. 7. The price given in the tender must be consistent with the market price. 8. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept,reject or cancel the tender at any time withourt assigning any reason. The Authority is not bound to accept the tender of the lowest bidder.
