Eligibility criteria
1. Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(five) years of general experience 2. Having experience in successfully completion of operation and Maintenance work of at least 01(one) number lift of Operation and maintenance work of Otis Brand Lift (France) valued not less than Tk.312000.00 (Three lac twelve thousand) only in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years 3. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3,75,000.00 (Three lac seventy five thousand) only during the last 05(Five) years. 4. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital or credit Line(s) of the tenderer shall be TK. 1,90,000.00 (One lac ninety thousand) Only. submitted in form PW2A-8 otherwise tenderer shall be Non-responsive. 5.
