Eligibility criteria

i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shal be 05 (Five) years. ii) A satisfactory completion of a similar nature of work (Gas suppression system for fire fighting) of at least Tk 24.00 Lac under 01 contract within 05 years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. iii) The tenderer shal have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 35.00 Lac during the last 5 years preceding the date of invitation of the tender.Only payment certificated wil be counted for turnover calculation. No completion certificate wil be treated as payment certificate.The Tenderer must submit a summarized Turnover Calculation sheet of last 5 years. iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shal be Taka 15.00 lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank's undertaking for line of credit ((Form PW2A-8) without alteration.
