01. The offered model should an exact replacement of the existing unit both in terms of dimensions & specifications. 02. In the offer the bidder must mention one-year warranty/guarantee period and supply the certificate along with the item. 03. The bidder must submit a color-printed or original catalogue of the item along with the technical Offer. 04. The bidder must submit the manufacturer’s authorization certificate in favor of the principal and their agent. 05. Detailed technical specification with brand and model name and country of origin must be mentioned by the bidder. 06. The bidder must submit manufacturer’s test certificate, country of origin certificate, bill of lading/ air waybill & bill of entry along with the delivery of the goods. 07. Goods delivery confirmation Certificate from Manufacturer/Chanel Partner/Authorized Distributor must be supplied at the time of material delivery. 08. Country of origin: Japan/Germany/Italy/France.
