Eligibility criteria

Tenderer fulfilling the following criteria are eligible- 1. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, TIN Certificate, e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate and updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return) for the Assessment Year 2025-26. 2. Tenderer must have 3 years of general experience and 3 years of similar experience (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System). 3. Tenderer shall submit the Specific experience of satisfactory completion of works related to grass cutting/industrial waste cleaning or similar in power plant/industrial area of at least BDT 300000.00 (Three Lakh) only under maximum 1 contract in the last 3 years. 4.
