Eligibility criteria

1. The tenderer must be a manufacturer or the authorized sole Bangladeshi representative of a foreign manufacturer. Authorization letter from any dealer/trading house will not be accepted. 2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services. 3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of three-phase submersible pump-motor sets of minimum Tk. 1.50 Crore under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 05 (five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization, completed as per PPR-2008/2025 and having Tender ID along with work order. Otherwise, it will not be accepted. 4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer (or equivalent) & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 5.
