Eligibility criteria

Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. -Valid VAT Registration Certificate Up to date 13 digit BIN -Up-to-date Trade License. -The tenderer must submit a Liquid Asset Document showing that they have a minimum liquid asset of BDT=43 lac. (N.B: Liquid Asset Document must be in between Publication Date and Opening Date). A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate or line of credit According to PG3 Form -Must have 03 years of experience in supplying ration materials to any govt department. - Within the last 3 (three) years, the bidder must have successfully completed at least 1 (one) similar contract for supply of ration items under any Department. The total value of the completed contract must be at least 39 lac taka. -The tenderer must have a minimum financial capacity of BDT =38 Lac, which is sufficient to undertake the required supply. -The tender will follow PPR 2025.
