Eligibility criteria

1. The tenderer shall be a manufacturer or authorized representative of a manufacturer of 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer (or above). 2. The tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods & related services. 3. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of 10 KVA single phase wound core distribution transformer (or above) of minimum Tk.5.80 crore under maximum 03 (three) contracts in the last 05 (five) years at BREB/PBS/NESCO/DESCO or in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization, completed as per PPR-2008/2025 and having Tender ID along with work order. Otherwise, it will not be accepted. 4. In all cases, the experience/completion certificate issuing officer shall not be below the rank of an Executive Engineer (or equivalent) & years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. 5.
