The Tenderer shall: be legally registered and hold a valid Trade Licence, TIN with acknowledgement of the latest income tax return, and VAT registration (BIN); be registered on the e-GP portal; and not be under any order of debarment. The service provider shall be an outsourcing agency enlisted or eligible under the Outsourcing Policy 2025 (Ministry of Finance), with demonstrated experience in supplying service personnel to a government office.
