Eligibility criteria
Minimum 5 (five) years general experience in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier, counted backward from the date of publication of this IFT; at least 1 (one) contract of similar Goods successfully completed within the last 10 (ten) years of a value not less than BDT 1,605,000,000; minimum supply and/or production capacity of 2,060 hemodialysis per year; minimum financial resources (liquid asset, working capital, credit line or specific credit commitment, or any combination) of BDT 2,140,000,000; Manufacturer’s Authorisation required for all items; after-sales service required; valid trade licence, TIN with the latest income tax return acknowledgement, VAT/BIN registration and valid e-GP registration; not debarred; DGDA import / medical device registration for the offered model, or evidence that application has been made; and valid model-specific regulatory clearance — US-FDA 510(k), or EU CE issued by a Notified Body, or Japanese PMDA marketing approval (shonin).
