Eligibility criteria

1. The tenderer must submit an Authorization letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)/Manufacturer’s Subsidiary company/Direct channel partner of Manufacturer/ Authorized Distributor/Trading House of Manufacturer for offered items along with the tender documents, 2. The tenderer must submit a confirmation certificate from the Manufacturer confirming that the offered items must meet the design specification and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit the existing system without any modification at the time of material delivery. 3. Manufacturer’s name, model no., Brand name and country of origin / Manufacturing Country must be clearly mentioned in the offer. 4. Preferred Brand: Rosemount or Equivalent.
