1. Copies of Valid Trade License For 2026-2027 Financial Year (Attested by First Class gazetted officer) 2. Line of credit commitment according to the prescribed form of PPR-2025 3. Income Tax Clearance Certificate 2024-2025 financial year/last update (Attested by First Class gazetted officer) 4. Up to Date VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate (Attested by First Class gazetted officer) 5. General Experience of 3 (Three) years in supply of goods and related services and 3 (Three) years Specific Experience in supply of similar goods (Attested by First Class gazetted officer) 6. Tenderer's must be submitted 2 liters of oil as sample on opening date before opening time. 7.
