1. Copies of Valid Trade License For 2026-2027 Financial Year (Attested by First Class gazetted officer) 2. Line of credit commitment according to the prescribed form of PPR-2025 3. Income Tax Clearance Certificate 2024-2025 financial year/last update (Attested by First Class gazetted officer) 4. Up to Date VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate (Attested by First Class gazetted officer) 5. Tenderer's must be submitted 500 grams of lentils as sample ( inside transparent White colour jar) on opening date for technical specification. 6. sample (Without any broken grains, 600 grains in 10 grams, Same size, no stone or dust) as per PHQ specification. 7. General Experience of 3(Three) years in supply of goods and related services and 3(Three) years Specific Experience in supply of similar goods (Attested by First Class gazetted officer) 8.
